Type the model exactly as it appears on the equipment specifications sticker (in capital letters and with all hyphens). For example, to consult the error codes of a MUPR-12-H11 Split set, enter MUPR-12-H11-I if it is the indoor unit, and MUPR-12-H11-E if it is the outdoor unit.

It also allows you to search directly for the equipment using the serial number.
